Donald Neal Morse, 51, of Scottsbluff, died Aug. 14, 2007, in Ballinger,Texas.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday,Aug. 18,at the First United Methodist Church in Scottsbluff with Reverend Nancy Tomlinson officiating. A private family graveside gathering will precedethe service. Memorials may be made to Regional West foundation or to Nebraska Wesleyan University.
Don was born Dec. 14, 1955 in Scottsbluff to LeRoy and Barbara (Warner) Morse. He received his education in Scottsbluff and graduated from Scottsbluff High School in 1974. Don attended Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics.
He married Stephanie Kizzier July 24, 1976, in Scottsbluff.
Don worked as finance manager for Kizzier Chevrolet; and later worked for KCMI Radio for anumber of years.
He received his securities license andmost recently was employed as a broker with Sun America Securities until ill health forced his retirement.
He was an accomplished pianist and vocalist. Don was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Scottsbluff, where he served for a time as music director and as a member of the Praise Team.
He was also a member of the Nebraska Wesleyan Parents' Council.
Survivors include his wife, Stephanie of Scottsbluff; daughter, Emily Morse of Lincoln; son and daughter-in-law, Aaron and Lesli Morse of Tucson, Ariz.;brother, Steve Morse of Scottsbluff; nephew, Matthew Morse of Scottsbluff; niece, Marissa Morse of Los Angeles; and parents LeRoy and Barbara Morse of Bartow, Fla., and his mother-in-law, Patty Kizzier of Tucson, Ariz. His grandparents and father-in-law, DwayneKizzier preceded him in death
