Maria Gloria Salazar
Maria Gloria Salazar, 66, of Ballinger, passed away February 13, 2011 in a Houston hospital. Rosary will be 7 PM Wednesday at Heritage Family Funeral Home Chapel. Mass Christian Burial will be 10 AM Thursday at St. Mary ‘s Catholic Church, with burial to follow at the Latin American Cemetery.

Gloria was born on February 6, 1945 in Nixon, Texas, to Dora and Frank Mendez. She married Domingo Salazar on March of 1967. Gloria enjoyed taking care her family and especially her grandchildren.

Gloria is survived by: her husband of 43 years, Domingo Salazar of Ballinger, daughter, Isabelle Salazar of Houston, three sons, Domingo Salazar Jr., Erasmo Salazar, both of Ballinger, and Frank Salazar of Plant City, FL, five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, four brothers, and three sisters.
