George De La Garza 61Passed away on Sunday May 26, 2013 surrounded by loved ones.
He was born to proud parents Meliton and Anita DeLa Garza, on April 7, 1952. He leaves behind three daughters Cecilia Harmon and husband David of Abilene., Norma De La Garza of Abilene TX., Melinda DeLa Garza and Husband Rudy Matel of Austin TX. Also one Stepdaughter Belinda Gesch of San Angelo TX. Five brothers, Cerjio De La Garza of Ballinger TX., Joe De La Garza Ballinger TX. Arturo De La Garza ,of Longview TX., Ruben De La Garza Winona TX. Raul De La Garza, of Kokomo, IN.. Four sisters, Lupe Lopez of San Angelo TX., Alice Morales of Coleman TX. Josie Guijarro Longview TX., Anita Ehlers Houston TX. Eight Grandchildren, Three Great Grandchildren. He is preceded in death, his parents and brother Richard De La Garza. Viewing will be Tuesday May 28, 2013. Rosary will be at 7:00 PM in the Chapel of Heritage Family Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be Wednesday May 29, 2013 10:00 AM at St Mary’s Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Ballinger TX. Fr. Wade will be presiding.
