Garfield S. Valdez Jr. 66 of Winters passed away on July 24, 2013. Viewing will be Thursday and Friday July 25 and 26, 2013 all day with Rosary at 7:00 PM. Friday night. Funeral Service will be Saturday July 27, 2013 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Heritage Family Funeral Home in Ballinger TX.
